Our 1/4-20 T-bolt Mounting Hardware fits tracks for Tracker, Lowe, Ranger, and Xpress rails. Simply insert proprietary T-Bolt into the track and twist to a 90 degree angle. Add the rod holder over the stem of the T-Bolt. Add the washer and nut over the stem, tightening the nut.  Be sure the T-Bars stay at a 90 degree angle to lock into the rails. One Set of two is needed for one base.
